The Annual Journal

The Journal was launched in 1975 after the 1974 British Association Meeting at Stirling in order to provide a medium for papers and information relevant to naturalist and historical interests of the Forth / mid Scotland area – i.e. that encompassed by the Stirling, Falkirk, and Clackmannanshire authorities.

It complements and succeeds the Transactions of the Stirling Field and Archaeological Society published from 1878 to 1939.

The Stafford Trust has previously helped fund publication costs.

AVAILABILITY Complete runs of the journal are kept by Central Scotland Public Libraries as well as the main National and University libraries.

The current journal volume price is £12.
It is available from: Smith Art Gallery and Museum, Dumbarton Rd., Stirling FK9 2RQ or see Orders / Inquiries below.
